The Resort is open May to mid October.
Sorry we have a no pets policy.
Reservations: During July and August we book Friday to Friday and have a one week minimum booking policy. A deposit of $250 per week is required to secure a reservation. Deposit is refundable if cancellation is received prior to May 1st, (minus $50 administration fee). There is a two night minimum in the spring and fall, (May, June, September and October) with a one night deposit required to secure a reservation.
Check in time is 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Check out time is anytime before 10:00 AM
Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, satellite tv, wireless internet, deck, outdoor chairs, picnic table and propane barbecue. We supply tea towels and dish soap. Please bring bath and beach towels. (Towels are available for guests from out of Country)
All cottages, resort grounds and equipment are for registered guests only! Due to insurance regulations, fire code and fairness to all guests, we will be strictly enforcing this policy. Cottages should not exceed maximum occupancy at any time.
Marine Rentals: Canoes, Pedal Boats and Kayaks are complimentary. Motor boat rentals are available. Life jackets are available to rent for $5 each per stay. They will be sanitized between each guest.
Cottages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10 : These cottages are situated on the lower level of the resort with an incredible view of the lake and only steps from the 450 ft. sandy beach. All cottages have fully equipped kitchens, two bedrooms, one queen bed, one double bed, (Cottage 1 has two double beds), and bathroom with large walk in shower. All of the cottages have walk out deck and propane barbecue. Each cottage is equipped with Satellite Tv for those rainy days. Accommodates 4 people
Cottage 6: Three bedroom cottage, located directly on the waterfront. One queen bed, two double beds, one full washroom with tub/shower and second two piece washroom. Large living room and kitchen, large deck overlooking the lake. Satellite tv.

Cottage 7: Located on the upper level of the resort overlooking the lake. Very cozy one bedroom cottage with queen bed. Bathroom with large walk in shower, located off the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Walk out to wrap around deck.

Accommodates 2 people.
Cottage 9: Beautiful Cedar Panabode. Three bedrooms, one with double bed, second with queen bed and the third with two twin beds. Two large bathrooms, dining room, full kitchen and large living room with walkout to private deck, overlooking beautiful Oxtongue Lake. Satellite TV.
Accommodates 6 people.
Cottages 11 and 12: These cottages are located on the upper level of the resort adjacent to the park / playground. Both are large three bedroom cottages, (two queen beds and one double bed). Bathroom has large walk in shower. Fully equipped kitchen and walk out to deck. Satellite TV.

Cottage 13: Located close to the waterfront. Large deck with great view of the lake. Two large bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the second with a double and a twin bed. Full size washroom with tub/shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Satellite TV.
